About Ponceau 4R

Ponceau 4R offered by our company, is a strawberry red colour shade and is stable to light, heat, and acid but fades in the presence of ascorbic acid and SO2. Providing support as a synthetic colorant it can be used as food colouring agent and is made available in form of red AZO dye. Ponceau 4R finds suitability in variety of food products and normally come synthesized from aromatic hydrocarbons from petroleum. This is also used in combination with sodium chloride/sodium sulphate as principal uncoloured component. This is available in powder, granular and in liquid form, and customized as per customer requirements.
